南Fit's group fitness classes include cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and neuromotor skills. 我们的认证教练将 引导你进行有趣而有效的锻炼!

All group fitness classes include modifications for various fitness levels; however, please read our class descriptions that detail the level of choreography and impact 你应该预料到.

Classes are free for all currently enrolled USA students and 学生娱乐中心 成员. No need to sign up; just come to any class, any time.

年满18岁的会员可携带两张 客人 to the 学生娱乐中心 for $10 per day. 客人费允许进入 the whole facility, not just fitness classes.

Please check our online schedule (Google calendar) each day for class changes and/or 取消. 

Water aerobics classes will be canceled anytime inclement weather causes the pools 关闭.
